Certified Chi Running & Chi Walking Master Instructor Alice Peters Diffely, RYT of Portland's Running Mindfully, Inc. will begin each weekly session with a brief mini-lesson, introducing a concept from bestselling author Danny Dreyer's book "Chi Walking: The Five Mindful Steps For Lifelong Health & Energy". Then Alice will lead the group in a walk along the Willamette, giving you the opportunity to put the concept of the week into practice. Sessions will be offered on Tuesdays, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, and 10/27 from noon-1pm. We'll start and finish at Foot Traffic's downtown location, 333 SW Taylor Ave., Portland, OR 97204.
